Creative Exercising

If you’re anything like me, you don’t like to exercise all that much. It is not that I do not want to try and get fit, I most certainly do, but exercising can be a chore and quite frankly really boring at times. The key is finding what it is recreationally that you like to do and using that as your main form of exercise.

So what do you like to do then? Well, watching movies, going to the theatre and playing video games was not what I had in mind. You have to consider things that would involve some sort of exercise. For example, going on a long hike, ride bikes, enroll in a ballet class, or run long distance. These types of activities can be a great way to work out without having to actually head to the gym.

You can still get the benefits of a total workout and truly enjoy the activity. Sure you can still supplement you choice with a few weights or tension style workouts, no matter what though, you need to find the balance your body needs to stay in shape.

Exercise can be fun, you just have to find some things that you enjoy and turn them into workouts.
